Clover Lodge is a warm, wel­com­ing detached home set with­in two-thirds of an acre of beau­ti­ful, secure grounds. Built in a red­brick and flint chalet style, the house fits nat­u­ral­ly among the oth­er char­ac­ter prop­er­ties in the vil­lage, offer­ing a peace­ful and pri­vate set­ting for young peo­ple to feel safe and sup­port­ed.

Designed with Young People in Mind

Inside, Clover Lodge pro­vides spa­cious, high-qual­i­ty accom­mo­da­tion tai­lored to ther­a­peu­tic res­i­den­tial care. The lay­out includes:

  • A wide entrance hall and stair­case cre­at­ing a bright and open wel­come

  • A lounge/quiet room for down­time and reflec­tion

  • A large kitchen and dining/family room that opens direct­ly onto the gar­den, encour­ag­ing shared meal­times and con­nec­tion

  • A snug lead­ing to the patio, offer­ing an addi­tion­al TV/quiet space

  • A down­stairs cloak­room and a laun­dry room to sup­port life skills and inde­pen­dence

Comfortable and Personalised Bedrooms

Upstairs, the home fea­tures:

  • Six spa­cious bed­rooms – five for young peo­ple and one for staff (sleep-in)

  • Three bath­rooms, all well-main­tained and acces­si­ble

  • Bed­rooms that are light, com­fort­able, and fur­nished to a high stan­dard

Each young per­son is encour­aged to per­son­alise their room and take own­er­ship of their space, help­ing build a sense of belong­ing and respon­si­bil­i­ty.

Therapeutic Spaces & Natural Surroundings

Clover Lodge offers ded­i­cat­ed ther­a­peu­tic spaces to sup­port emo­tion­al growth and heal­ing:

  • A Ther­a­play and activ­i­ty room in a sep­a­rate out­build­ing

  • A for­mal ther­a­py and DDP meet­ing room in an addi­tion­al detached build­ing

The home is sur­round­ed by mature, land­scaped gar­dens, enclosed by trees, hedges, and secure wood­en gates. The out­door space is thought­ful­ly divid­ed into mul­ti­ple zones:

  • South-fac­ing back gar­den with a patio, bar­be­cue area, and sum­mer­house

  • Lawn for recre­ation, fea­tur­ing a climb­ing frame and space for out­door games

  • An orchard with apple, pear, and plum trees, plus soft fruits and a tram­po­line

  • Estab­lished hedges and nat­ur­al fea­tures that cre­ate a calm­ing, pri­vate envi­ron­ment
