  • A good-sized main liv­ing room and a sep­a­rate snug offer flex­i­ble spaces for rest or social time

  • A south-fac­ing con­ser­va­to­ry pro­vides addi­tion­al qui­et space with nat­ur­al light

  • Also on the ground floor are the duty office and staff sleep-in room

  • One bed­room includes a pri­vate ensuite, and there are two addi­tion­al shared bath­rooms

  • Young peo­ple are encour­aged to per­son­alise their rooms and take pride in main­tain­ing their own space

On-Site Education & Therapeutic Resources

Beyond the main house, the prop­er­ty includes ded­i­cat­ed build­ings to sup­port learn­ing and pro­fes­sion­al devel­op­ment:

  • A con­vert­ed brick-built barn hous­es the school recep­tion, a train­ing room, and the Direc­tors’ offices

  • In Sep­tem­ber 2018, we opened new­ly built, on-site school rooms, reg­is­tered as an inde­pen­dent school, to pro­vide tai­lored edu­ca­tion for the young peo­ple liv­ing in our homes and those referred from oth­er set­tings

This inte­grat­ed approach to care and edu­ca­tion ensures that every young per­son receives con­sis­tent, sup­port­ive, and trau­ma-informed learn­ing oppor­tu­ni­ties on-site.
